Logan - Director of Sales

Born and raised here in Maryville, TN, Logan is a proud father of three. When he's not at work, you can catch him at the flea market, garage sales, or winning softball tournaments. Logan has been here for 9 years and says he's "loved every minute of it." He considers this his career and his coworkers his second family.

Derek - Director of Operations

Derek has been with Auto Solutions for 4 years. He left a factory job where he oversaw numerous employees in order to spend more time with his family and work a consistent schedule. Since then, he has brought his leadership and communication skills to our team while quickly picking up the nuances of the car business. In his role, he oversees all non-variable, or fixed, operations. This includes the entire service department as well as our facilities. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Amber, whom he's been with for 12 years. They share two beautiful children together: a daughter, Blakely (their "wild child" - his words, not mine) and son, Brentley, who loves animals and sports. He loves kayaking and river fishing, where smallmouth bass is his specialty. 

Nicki - Director of Business

Nicki is the one who keeps us between the lines. She oversees the daily aspects of our business, including HR, payroll, and compliance. She and her husband, Jerry, have been together for 15 years. They have two children, Gracie and Carter. She enjoys kayaking, and other outdoor activities. She has a small hobby farm and enjoys gardening.

Hunter - Director of Purchasing/Owner

Hunter oversees our entire Purchasing Department, where he travels throughout the region buying only the best vehicles. He and his wife, Stacey, live in Townsend with their three daughters. In his free time, Hunter loves going to concerts, writing and performing music, watching Tennessee football, and spending time with his family. He moonlights as a rockstar, as he is the lead singer for Knoxville-based rock band Amerine. Hunter balances his angst-ridden music with playing bass at church on Sunday mornings.

Hey, my name is Josh. Thanks for visiting our site. I'm assuming if you've reached this page you've either done business with us or are considering it now. And I want to say thank you. I grew up going to auctions with my dad and spent many hours helping him do body work on the cars he bought there. This initially was a second job for him on the side. But, one day, after twenty years in city government, he and my mom decided it was time for a change. They started Auto Solutions 19 years ago. Initially, they were the sole employees. It didn't take long for the company to grow and soon they had a family business on their hands. My brother and I started out washing cars, or pulling weeds, doing anything we thought they would pay us for (and some pro bono work as well). Eventually, they retired from the day to day operations and handed the reins to my brother and I. We watched them closely throughout the years and tried to replicate the things they did best. What we found, was surprising. It wasn't anything related to cars or mechanical workings or business ingenuity that made them successful. It was the relationships. How they treated customers. How they treated employees. In an industry where things tear up and people lie, we want to stand apart. Not that our cars are any better than anyone else's. And they are just that: used cars. They can be unpredictable, but we won't. We promise to be honest and transparent and run this business with integrity, and our employees do the same. Many of them are long-tenured, some have been with us for over a decade. They started as employees, graduated to friends, and now are family. And we will treat you just the same.

Tanner is our resident puzzle-solver. If you sit at his desk, check out one of his many complex Rubiks-like cubes that he cracked the code for. He and his wife Shelby live in Fountain City with their four children.

Michael - Head Technician

After spending over 20 years working on large transit vehicles, Michael opted to join a team closer to home and that shared similar values to himself. He has totally revamped both our inspection and reconditioning process.

Dawson - Automotive Technician

Dawson is the first point of contact with our vehicles. He drives the vehicles, inspects them, makes notes, then determines what the next step for each one is.

Codi - Accountant

Codi oversees anything money-related at Auto Solutions. She makes sure we are compliant and above board. A graduate of Accounting from Lee University, she became a CPA in her early twenties. She left her job at a large, Knoxville-based accounting firm in 2015 to work alongside her husband. They have three children.
